Sol by Leslie McAdam

*3 Let Go Nutella Jars*

The story of Danika & Trent is quite fickle for me I enjoyed the story but it didn't blow me away as I had expected though I won't deny I thought Trent was the perfect hero and Dani ah my free hippie heroine I have so much love her even though sometimes she made want to roll my eyes she was still the best.

Okay so they're 2 tropes going on here one is student /teacher romance and the second is best friends sister though I will say this DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S TROPE cause it's so much more then that. Sure you'd think student teacher = H is her professor but nope that's not the case more like Dani is a teacher *while she's living her hippie lifestyle* and our hero signs up to her class because he's been crushing in her forever and before you cringe and be like OMG the age difference must be too much the answer to that is no barely 3 years and even it was more , we like our hero's older and it's high time we switch the riles because why the hell not.

They're lots of real issues involved as our hero has just return from Afghanistan with the weight of the world on his shoulders there's a lot that goes on.

This story is about two characters who are polar opposite one whose seen war and blood and the other the free flower child hut what binds them to gather is a connection that's si much more greater then their problems , or grief it's the type of connection that made these two long last lovers take notice that type that brings a solider back home or the free child her solid ground. Overall a decent read.

The army taught me discipline. Order. Control.   None of that matters the day I walk into her classroom.   Or her bedroom.   What's more important than my grade?   Not failing her.

  About the Author

Leslie McAdam is a California girl who loves romance, Little Dude, and well-defined abs. She lives in a drafty old farmhouse on a small orange tree farm in Southern California with her husband and two small children. Leslie always encourages her kids to be themselves – even if it means letting her daughter wear leopard print from head to toe. An avid reader from a young age, she will always trade watching TV for reading a book, unless it’s Top Gear. Or football. Leslie is employed by day but spends her nights writing about the men you fantasize about. She’s unapologetically sarcastic and notoriously terrible at comma placement (that’s what editors are for!). Always up for a laugh, Leslie tries to see humor in all things. When she’s not in the writing cave you’ll find her fangirling over Beck, camping with her family, or mixing up oil paints to depict her love of outdoors on canvas.
